Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

If your order is processed and approved, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

All available shipment options include a tracking code functionality. In case your tracking code is not working after 24 hours of receiving it, please email or call us to address the issue as soon as possible.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

Our service / company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages 

Our service / company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order/package damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Delays 

Delivery delays may rarely exceed our estimated delivery times. We advice you to contact us as soon as you notice that your shipment is delaying above our expected delivery times, so we can address the issue as soon as possible.
