Handmade Silver Teaspoon “Acanthus”

Description

A richly decorated silver teaspoon and a classic silver christening gift, just as fitting as a baptism present, a new baby keepsake or a name day gift. Its ornate, lacework handle gives this little spoon real presence in the gift box, whether it is a christening gift for a boy or a girl.

Each Acanthus is made entirely by hand in Lefkara from solid silver, and sits alongside the rest of our handmade silver spoons. The handle forms a symmetrical filigree finial of two lacework lobes, edged with rows of tiny silver rings and filled with fine scrolling openwork, then polished and hallmarked. Keep it bright by storing it dry and buffing gently with a silver cloth.
